"I help make people BEAUTIFUL! I enjoy working with problematic, aging, and sensitive ethnic skin types, Fitzpatrick Skin Types IV-VI. I love to make people feel good about themselves by making them look better through the many beautification procedures and techniques offered at Facelogix.

 

When working with my clients, I am a Certified Practitioner under a Medical Director for Injecting Neurotoxin Injectibles: Botox (Allergan), Jeuveau (Evolus), and Xeomin (Merz GmBH), a Licensed Esthetician for Clinical Skincare and Beauty Services, and a Licensed Tattoo and Permanent Makeup artist for Semi-Permanent Makeup and Microblading. I listen and assess their needs, and advise and refer what procedures will help each client with the results they are looking to achieve. I also enjoy teaching clients how to re-create my proven skincare and beauty techniques, so they can re-create and maintain similar results with clinical skincare and beauty products on their own.

 

The History: The History: My interest in skin care began when I was 12 years old. I had a terrible case of grade three acne until my mother took me to see a dermatologist. That proved to be a learning experience I would never forget and caused me to develop proper skin care techniques at an early age. My experience in the beauty industry began when I started runway modeling at 14 years old. I worked at at the Diane Dick Modeling and Talent Agency in high school, where I learned the art of photography make-up from a world-renowned make-up artist, Linda Sembera. I moved to Dallas when I was 18 years old, started college , and continued to work in fashion and runway modeling until the age of 23. I have worked in sales and marketing positions with two surgical implant companies from 1993 until 2001. This work experience taught me how the body heals from within, sub-dermal (under the skin). I received my Degree in Science in 2002, with a Minor in Marketing. In 2003, I began working for Genesis Biosystems, a biomedical engineering and aesthetics company. Genesis Biosystems manufactures the Derma Genesis® brand of Medical Microdermabrasion Systems, Chromolite® Intense Pulsed Light Systems, Regen Light® Pulsed-Dye Laser, LipiVage ® Fat transfer device, DermaFrac® Micro-Channeling System and medical and skin care supplies for aestheticians and physicians. I worked as their Clinical Training and Marketing Director until 2006. I enjoyed working with the engineers, assisting in the marketing and sales of new products, and training aestheticians and physicians how to utilize the company’s products within their practices. While working at Genesis Biosystems, I attended National Beauty College in Houston, TX, for Aesthetics Training in skin care, waxing/hair removal, makeup artistry, eyelashes, and beauty services in 2004 and received my License to Practice as an Esthetician (LE) and Makeup Artist (CMA) in Texas, in 2005 . I also received a Certificate in Microdermabrasion that same year. In 2007, I established the Facelogix Clinical Skincare and Makeover Center in Colleyville, TX. I received my Certification as a Sr. Laser Technician (SLHR) in 2012. I received my Certification as a Tattoo Artist and Micropigmentation Specialist as a Permanent Makeup Artist (PMU), in 2015. I then received my License to practice Esthetics in the State of Florida, in 2016 and also received a Certificate for Tattoo Removal Procedures with Tattoo Vanish®, and my certification in the DermaFrac® Micro-Channeling and Microneedling System in 2017. I received hands-on comprehensive training and received two certifications in Basic and Advanced Injecting on All Botulinium Neurotoxins in 2023.

 

The Current:To date, I have 28 years of combined aesthetic and medical training experience, and licenses and certifications in performing and teaching: medical lasers, medical corrective and non-medical aesthetic procedures, clinical skincare, clinical corrective and european spa facials, waxing, classic and volume eyelash extensions, permanent make-up/micropigmentation, microblading, tattoo removal, micro-needling/micro-channeling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, eyebrow lamination, lash lifts, airbrush spray tanning, and bridal and special occasion make-up artistry, that all help me to effectively deliver professional and quality aesthetic services to my clients. All of the training, licenses and certifications mentioned above have led me to be able to manage, perform and excel at the skincare and beauty procedures that are offered at Facelogix. I am committed to continually learn new procedures and techniques, as well as, training on new products and updating my application methods, so that I can teach and deliver the latest and greatest treatments and results to my clients.

Any time a patient or client comes into Facelogix, we take the time to listen and answer their questions, one-on-one.. The goal is to have each person who leaves the MedSpa and Skincare and Makeover Center, feel like they have just received a concierge, VIP service from highly competent and properly trained individuals. Each and every patient and/or client's wants and needs are discussed and considered each time they return to Facelogix, so that a custom skincare and/or beauty treatment can be performed. I believe that no two people's needs are alike, and neither should their appointments be. We teach each client about the products we use, their ingredients and/or the methods involved with each procedure beforehand, as well as their aftercare. There are so many products on the market today and it is easy for people to get confused and overwhelmed as to what they really need for their particular skin type. At Facelogix, we assist patients and clients in navigating through the treatment process and advise them on how to achieve their best skincare and beauty outcomes.""
