welcomes new clients for skin treatments and consultations based
on availibility. She can also create special group packages
upon request for wedding parties, girl's night out or any other
special event. Combined service packages are also available
upon request, as well as gift certificates. Gratuity is not
automatically included in the service price, however, it is
appreciated based upon your service experience.

Facelogix is located inside the buildings of Colleyville
Square at 6211 Colleyville Blvd./Hwy 26 at Tinker Rd. Facelogix
may be a bit difficult to find on your first attempt, as it
is privately located directly behind RH Lending and FEM Center
in Building 6211, Suite 125. The entrance to Facelogix has a
black awning over the front door and is located in the Mirand
Card Services building. Parking is free. The building parking
is located directly across from the water fountain and pond.

SERVICES
BOOKING POLICY:
Kathryn's practice is not a high volume practice. The time scheduled
for you is booked only for you, as her clients are seen by appointment
only and receive one-on-one, VIP attention. If you miss an appointment,
Kathryn does not have another client scheduled for that time.
She usually has a waiting list of clients looking for a cancellation.
Please help her serve you in the best way by keeping your scheduled
appointments or cancel them 2 hours prior to the scheduled time,
so that others can book in your place if you cannot make your
scheduled timeslot. Kathryn respectfully requires a 2 (two)
hour notice for any cancellations, so that she can accommodate
those who may be holding a spot on a waiting list for services.
Any appointment that is not cancelled 2 hours prior to the appointment
or that "no-shows" the appointment without proper
cancellation notice, will be assessed and charged a 100% service
fee of the total booked and missed service before another appointment
can be booked and performed.
PRE-PAID
SERVICES POLICY:
Pre-paid services will not be refunded as they receive discount
volume pricing. However, prepaid services can be exchanged for
other services and/or products sold in the Facelogix Skincare
Studio.
PRODUCT
& SERVICES POLICY:
Any products or services sold at the Facelogix Skincare Studio
are non-refundable and all sales are final. However, all unopened
skincare or beauty products are exchangeable for a replacement
product if the original product sold is unopened and never used.
Products will not be excaenged if they are compromised or for
any reason deemed not for sale. This skincare product policy
is for safety and security reasons, as any compromised product
will be returned to the manufacturer for testing and review.
CLIENT
POLICY:
Kathryn Dean reserves the right to dismiss or refuse services
for any client who she feels necessary for any number of reasons
listed in the Texas Department of Licensing Rules and Regulations
Guidelines as an Aesthetics licensee, Sr. Laser Techenician
licensee, Permanent Makeup licensee and Salon Owner licensee.
Children under the age of 16 must have a written consent to
services performed signed by a parent or guardian prior to any
service performed and/or must have the parent or guardian present
in the room at the time services are performed.
